Hailey Loves Dandelions

Reviewed By Foluso Falaye for Readers’ Favorite

“Inspired by her granddaughter, Hailey, C. Ingrid Deringer introduces the Love the Earth series with Hailey Loves Dandelions to spread the love for our natural world to children.

The white pages splashed with colorful, flowery pictures in Hailey Loves Dandelions are eye-catching and informative.

Before reading the book, I didn't know dandelions had so many uses, and now I can't wait to explore some of its uses myself. Hailey Loves Dandelions is recommended to parents and schools who want their children and pupils to learn the value of plants and to develop curiosity for Earth's natural blessings.

5 STARS! Red Headed Book Lover

If I Could Live Again is an incredible novel that is guaranteed to move and inspire its readers from the very beginning to the very end...

It is rare to find a novel that combines the themes this book does, and that is refreshing to me, and it is even more challenging to discover a story that does not rely on cliches!

"There is a special bond that a child shares with a grandmother, a bond of unconditional love and joy, laughter and tears, and dancing, singing, and playing together. Ingrid Deringer brings it all together so eloquently in her touching picture book story, Shall We Dance? More compassionate and emotional than Robert Munsch’s Love You Forever ... Absolutely beautiful. Loved it.

About the Book:

Suddenly angelic beings of light appeared. They said I was at a crossroad, and it was here where I had to make a choice.

In 2022 forty-two-year-old Dr. Stormy Hera, a music professor at the University of Victoria, is serving a manslaughter sentence at Sunnydale Forensic Hospital in British Columbia. Although she can’t recall committing the crime, she feels strongly that she did the right thing.

In the hopes of jogging her memory and healing her soul, Stormy is tasked with writing her autobiography as part of her rehabilitation. Spanning the 1940s to 2026, and set in the Saskatchewan prairies, Olympia, Greece, and Canada’s West Coast, For Love and Mercy follows the lives of free-spirited Evangeline, and Stormy herself—including a near-death experience that changes everything.

For Love and Mercy is a heartfelt story of love and loss, courage and forgiveness.
